Applications & Deadlines

County Agricultural Investment Program - Administrator Application

C.A.I.P. Application Packet (.doc, 163 KB)
For organizations wishing to offer this incentive program, consisting of 11 eligible investment areas, or the shared-use equipment program for area farmers.

Amendments: Require a coversheet, available in the above packet, a letter explaining why additional funds are needed, and a new county council priority sheet (.doc, 40 KB).

Deadline: 1st Friday of the month to receive board action at that month's meeting.

Please note that all applications expire after 12-months, from the date stamped received in our office. If additional information is requested of an applicant and it is not received within that 12-month timeframe, then the application expires and the applicant must reapply.

Project Application

Project Application Packet (.doc, 242 KB)
Contains application, instructions, guides and resource materials.

Amendments: Require a coversheet, available in the above packet, a letter explaining why additional funds are needed, and a new county council priority sheet (.doc, 33 KB).

Deadline: The original & all 19 copies must be received to be included in the referral packet for projects to be reviewed, discussed, and acted upon according to the 2009 project application schedule.

Please note that all applications expire after 12-months, from the date stamped received in our office. If additional information is requested of an applicant and it is not received within that 12-month timeframe, then the application expires and the applicant must reapply.
