Eligible applicants include law enforcement agencies, fire, and other emergency responders who demonstrate that the equipment will be used to improve their ability and capacity to respond to a major critical incident or work with other first responders. 2007 Kentucky Quality Dairy Producer Award

The maximum funding available is $25,000. Companies must match the fund's investment on a one-to-one (1:1) dollar ratio in cash or in-kind services. Rural Innovation Fund: Level 1

Rural Innovation Fund: Level 2

Funding is $100,000 over two years; not to exceed $50,000 per year. Projects must be completed within a two year period.
