2006 Kentucky Tobacco Quota Owner Amnesty Program

As part of the 2007-2008 budget bill passed by the General Assembly, the Kentucky Tobacco Settlement Trust Corporation has been charged with the task of certifying and granting one-time payments to 2003 crop year quota owners who did not attain certification status under the Corporation's 2004 compensation plan.

The 2006 Phase II Tobacco Quota Amnesty Program certification period concluded on July 31, 2006.
